The Psychologist at ALCS plays a vital role in supporting student's mental health and well-being, empowering them to overcome psychological barriers that may hinder their learning, behavior and educational success. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting self-assessments to identify student's personality, strengths, weaknesses and career interests.
• Assessing and diagnosing emotional, behavioral and learning challenges to understand student's needs.
• Providing counseling, therapy and effective behavioral strategies through structured interventions and treatments.
• Providing career counseling to help students in defining and achieving their career goals.
• Developing personalized career paths tailored to the 4 Year law degree program.
• Enhancing essential skills required for success in law, such as critical thinking, relation building, self-control, stress management, problem-solving and effective communication.
• Engaging students in various activities designed to promote skill development and personal growth.
